I really appreciated the spa and wellness center. it felt like a serene getaway with various treatments available. the check-in process took forever. The front desk seemed overwhelmed, and I didn’t receive much information about my stay or any upgrade options despite asking. I found the food near the pool bar to be far superior compared to the main dining areas. Room service delivery was slow, sometimes taking up to 30 minutes. It would have been nice if the gym opened earlier. closing it sooner made it hard to fit into my schedule. Another inconvenience was the missing bathrobes in the spa-rated hotel. it felt out of place. Despite these complaints, my overall experience was still quite enjoyable, thanks to the beautiful facilities and quality dining.

Just wrapped up a stay and wow, the pool scene was fantastic! The swim-up bar was clutch for sunny days. Tried the snack bar, and honestly, their burgers hit the spot! Only wish the Wi-Fi was faster. it kinda lagged at times. Still, loved the chill atmosphere and super friendly staff.
